About the Role We are seeking motivated and well-connected B2B Institutional Sales Specialists to support our academic partnerships across designated regions. This is a legitimate B2B institutional sales engagement with defined offerings, internal support, and structured partnership models. The role suits professionals who are comfortable managing the complete sales cycle independently while working in a flexible engagement model. You will be responsible for initiating and closing partnerships with educational institutions for training, upskilling, and placement-oriented programs. Key Responsibilities Engage with decision-makers at colleges, universities, and schools (TPOs, Principals, Deans, HODs, Management). Present Codertia’s industry-focused training programs, bootcamps, and academic partnership models. Drive institutional partnerships for student training, upskilling initiatives, internships, and job-readiness programs. Manage the sales process from initial discussion to partnership closure. Coordinate with Codertia’s internal academic and operations teams for onboarding and execution. Build and maintain long-term institutional relationships to support repeat engagements. Operate with ownership of assigned territories while adhering to company guidelines. Experience in B2B sales, institutional sales, EdTech sales, or academic partnerships. Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
