Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications Minimum 3 year experienced in tally,Graduate, Key Responsibilities Team Supervision & Guidance Oversee the daily work of two junior accountants, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies. Provide training, mentoring, and performance feedback to junior staff. Review and approve journal entries, reconciliations, and reports prepared by junior accountants. Financial Operations Manage general ledger accounting, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll processing. Ensure timely preparation and submission of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and expense management. Compliance & Controls Ensure adherence to accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal controls. Coordinate with auditors and support statutory audits. Maintain accurate documentation for compliance and regulatory requirements. Process Improvement Identify areas for improving financial efficiency and accuracy. Implement best practices in accounting processes and reporting. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CMA preferred).
