We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Associate to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in the co-working or real estate Consultancy sector, with a passion for sales and relationship-building. Key Responsibilities:- Drive both inbound and outbound sales initiatives Build and nurture strong relationships with IPCs (International Property Consultants) and DPCs (Domestic Property Consultants) Actively generate and manage leads through platforms like LinkedIn and other relevant channels Follow up on leads from the marketing team and convert them into paying clients Maintain a robust sales pipeline and ensure consistent communication with prospects Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs Skills & Qualifications: Proven experience in business development within co-working or real estate industries Must be hand experience of Co-working space domain of 1 year plus. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently
