Key Responsibilities

• Set up CNC/VMC machines with appropriate tools, fixtures, and programs.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and job orders.
• Select and install cutting tools, work holding devices, and materials.
• Conduct trial runs and prove programs in single-block mode.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in G-code/M-code programming
• Familiarity with Fanuc, Siemens, or Haas controllers
• Strong understanding of cutting speeds, feeds, and material types
• Ability to use precision measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, CMM)
• Basic knowledge of quality control procedures

Qualifications

• ITI/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or Tool & Die Making
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in CNC/VMC machine setting
• Exposure to components in automotive, aerospace sectors preferred.
