CNC Turner Setter/Operator

As a CNC Training Operator, you will be responsible for the preliminary and final acceptance of machines and providing training at customer sites. Your duties will include setting up Turning/Turn mill/Mill turn with Sub Spindle Series machines, CNC programming using systems like Fanuc/Siemens/Mitsubishi, and optimizing customers" workpieces. You will also be required to prepare cycle time calculations for parts. In this role, physical stamina and manual dexterity are essential, as you will need to stand for extended periods, lift heavy materials, and operate machine controls. Effective communication and teamwork skills are also necessary to collaborate with colleagues and follow instructions from supervisors. The qualifications required for this position include a minimum of 10th grade education, Diploma, or BE degree. No prior experience is necessary as training will be provided, and candidates with up to 10 years of experience are welcome to apply.
