CNC Operator & Setter – HMC & Turn Mill (Valve Industry)

Job Responsibilities:

• Operate and set up Horizontal Machining Centers (HMC) and CNC Turn Mill machines for valve components.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings, tooling sheets, and process documents.
• Prepare and set tools, fixtures, and work offsets as per production requirements.
• Ensure component accuracy through proper use of measuring instruments (micrometer, vernier, bore gauge, etc.).
• Conduct first piece inspection and ensure dimensional consistency throughout batch production.
• Optimize cutting parameters and reduce cycle time while maintaining quality.
• Perform basic program editing and correction (Fanuc / Siemens / Mitsubishi control preferred).
• Maintain machine and tooling condition for continuous production.
• Follow 5S, safety, and quality standards in the shop floor environment.

Skills Required:

• Hands-on experience on HMC and CNC Turn Mill machines (preferably in valve or precision component industry).
• Strong knowledge of CNC program setup, tool offset, and coordinate setting.
• Ability to handle multiple jobs and shift operations.
• Knowledge of valve body machining, flange faces, threading, and boring operations is an added advantage.
• Familiarity with quality instruments and inspection processes.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
