We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and reliable CNC Machine Operator to help us produce high-quality parts while ensuring safety and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up, operate, and maintain CNC machines to manufacture precise parts according to blueprints and specifications.
• Perform routine inspections using measuring tools (micrometers, calipers) to ensure product quality.
• Troubleshoot and resolve machine issues to ensure smooth production.
• Follow safety protocols to maintain a safe and productive work environment.
• Document production data and assist with tracking machine performance and downtime.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent (technical certification preferred).
• Proven experience operating CNC machines . (ANCA 5 AXIS)
• Strong understanding of blueprints, technical drawings, and CNC programming.
• Ability to use precision measuring instruments for quality control.
• Good problem-solving skills and a team-oriented attitude.
