CNC Operator

Job Summary:

The CNC Operator is responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining CNC (Computer Numerical Control) machines to produce precision metal or plastic parts. The role requires interpreting technical drawings, ensuring product quality, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate CNC machines (lathe, milling, router, or grinding machines) according to blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.
• Load raw materials and ensure proper machine calibration.
• Monitor machine operation to ensure accuracy and quality of produced parts.
• Inspect finished parts using measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges, etc.) and verify conformance to specifications.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of CNC machines.
• Collaborate with engineers and programmers to optimize machining processes and improve production efficiency.
• Maintain accurate production records and report any defects or deviations.
• Adhere to all safety and quality standards in the workshop.
