1. To write CNC Programs.
2. To maintain the CNC Machines as per SOP.
3. To do Job/Model Change in All CNC Machines,and make Product gets okay
4. To do Grinding Wheel/Tool Change whenever life gets completed and make product
okay.
5. To fine-tune the machine setting, whenever the Product did not meet quality
requirement, with Program Correction.
6. To co-ordinate with Maintenance Head/ Machine manufacturer for machine related
issues whenever required.
7. To maintain the Tools / Fixtures required smooth running of Products/Machines.
8. To send, follow and get back the Tools/Fixtures to the Manufacturer/Supplier,
whenever they have to rectified/ re-conditioned.
9. To do Product/Setting changeovers in all other machines also.
10. To maintain the Critical Spare Parts required for smooth running of the machines.
11. To Pack & Send Raw materials needed for Product Manufacturing to Vendors.
