CNC Milling & Turning Operator

Role Overview: As a CNC Milling & Turning Operator at our company, you will be responsible for independently handling machine setup, programming, and production activities. Your role will require a strong knowledge of measurement instruments, CNC programming (G-code & M-code), troubleshooting skills, and precision machining experience in a manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities: - Operate CNC Milling and Turning machines with independent setting and programming capability. - Demonstrate proficiency in measurement instrument handling and inspection techniques. - Create, edit, and optimize CNC programs using G-code & M-code. - Read, interpret, and understand technical drawings, blueprints, and CAD models. - Select and load appropriate cutting tools and fixtures as per job requirements. - Monitor machining operations and troubleshoot issues during production. - Conduct quality inspections on machined parts during and after manufacturing. - Maintain cleanliness and routine upkeep of machines and equipment. - Participate in productivity improvement and cycle time reduction initiatives. - Apply problem-solving methodologies (7 QC tools / 8D) to minimize defects.
