CNC Milling Doubble Column Machine Operator

You will be responsible for operating CNC machines, such as drilling, grinding, and milling, to perform various tasks. This includes understanding the specifications of each task by reviewing blueprints and mechanical drawings. You will need to translate these specifications into computer commands to ensure the machines function correctly. In this role, you will be required to prepare raw materials and load parts onto the machines. Additionally, you will need to conduct test runs to verify that the machines are producing outputs according to the specified requirements. You will also be responsible for setting the machines to complete full cycles in order to fabricate a large number of parts. As a CNC Machine Operator, you will supervise the machines during operation, making any necessary adjustments to ensure optimal results. You will also inspect and measure finished products to compare them with the specified requirements to confirm the completion of the manufacturing process. Furthermore, it will be part of your responsibilities to check and maintain the machinery on a daily basis to guarantee its functionality. This position requires a total work experience of 3 years, preferably in a similar role. This is a full-time, permanent position with opportunities to work various shifts, including day, morning, night, and rotational shifts. The work location for this role is in person.,
