Job Title

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced CNC Maintenance Engineer to perform troubleshooting, repairs, and preventive maintenance on CNC machines to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.

Key Responsibilities

Perform maintenance on CNC machines (electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic).
Troubleshoot and repair machine issues to minimize production downtime.
Maintain spare parts inventory and order necessary components.
Document maintenance activities and machine performance.
Collaborate with production teams to schedule maintenance and ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

Education
: Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
Experience
: 5 to 10 years in CNC maintenance, with hands-on experience in machine maintenance and troubleshooting.
Skills
: Knowledge of CNC controllers (Fanuc, Siemens, etc.), machine calibration, and troubleshooting.
Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.

Working Conditions

Ability to work flexible hours and in a safety-conscious environment.
Physical capability to lift heavy components and stand for long periods.
