CNC MACHINIST

As a CNC Lathe operator cum programmer, you will be responsible for setting up and operating CNC lathes to produce high precision components as per engineering drawings and specifications. Your role will involve programming CNC machines using G-code, adjusting machine settings, and ensuring the quality of finished products. You will be required to interpret technical drawings, select the appropriate cutting tools, and monitor the machining process to achieve the desired results. Attention to detail and the ability to troubleshoot and make adjustments as necessary are key skills for this role. Additionally, you will be expected to perform regular maintenance on the machines, including cleaning and lubricating parts, as well as inspecting tools for wear and tear. Adhering to safety guidelines and maintaining a clean and organized work environment are essential for successful completion of tasks. Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team are important for this position. Prior experience as a CNC lathe operator and knowledge of programming languages such as G-code will be advantageous.,
