The role of CNC Machines Programmer and Setter at Flowcon Engineer India Pvt Ltd is a full-time position based on-site in Coimbatore. As the incumbent, you will play a crucial role in developing and optimizing CNC programs to enhance manufacturing efficiency. Your responsibilities will include setting up and operating CNC machines, as well as interpreting technical drawings to determine machining operations. Your day-to-day tasks will involve the creation of precision parts using CNC milling machines, troubleshooting to ensure product specifications are met, and making necessary adjustments. Furthermore, you will be expected to maintain CNC machinery to ensure optimal performance. To excel in this role, you should possess proficiency in CNC Programming and Machining, along with experience in Milling processes and Programming. The ability to read and interpret Technical Drawings is essential, coupled with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Manual dexterity, mechanical aptitude, and the capacity to work both independently and collaboratively are also key requirements. A relevant technical certification or diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related field would be advantageous. Previous experience in a manufacturing environment would be considered a plus.,
