CNC Machine Operator

As a CNC Operator, your role involves preparing and operating CNC machines to perform tasks such as drilling, grinding, milling, and turning. You will be responsible for understanding task specifications, reading blueprints, and translating instructions into commands for the machines to execute. Loading raw materials, conducting test runs, and supervising machine operations to ensure quality output are essential duties. Additionally, you will be required to set machines for full cycles, make necessary adjustments, and conduct regular assessments to ensure compliance with company guidelines. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare and operate CNC machines for various tasks - Understand task specifications and read mechanical drawings - Translate instructions into machine commands - Load raw materials and conduct test runs - Set machines for full cycles and supervise operations - Make adjustments as necessary to improve results - Ensure CNC machine operates in accordance with company guidelines - Conduct regular assessments of CNC machines Qualifications Required: - ITI education - 2 to 3 years of experience as a CNC Operator - Proven experience in operating CNC machines - Ability to translate mechanical documents and engineering drawings - Good computer and mathematical skills - Excellent knowledge of CNC machines and their functionality The company offers benefits such as food provision, health insurance, paid sick time, paid time off, and Provident Fund.
