* Rough and finish grinding of Parallel & Woodruff Keys and other Automotive parts
* Run the machine as per cycle time allocated
* Watch the tool life and change as required
* Follow process as per process drawing and inspect as per control plan
* Maintain hourly production monitoring
* Make minor adjustments in the offset and change tools as required
* Ensure parts don’t get damaged during handling
* Meet production quality & Quantity
* Maintain work place in compliance with 5S
* Maintain consumables' and make use of complete life of them
* Check and maintain machines for cleanliness & Lubrication
* Maintain safe operating Conditions* Maintain production log
* Follow all company safety protocol
* Inspect the work area and machines that were used during the day prior to leaving at the end of each shift
* Check machinery on a daily basis to guarantee functionality.
