Industry: Commercial Kitchen Equipment Manufacturing

Job Summary:
We are hiring a skilled CNC Machine Operator to support our production unit. The candidate should have strong technical knowledge in CNC operations, precision measurement, and quality control.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate CNC machines for cutting, bending, drilling, and shaping metal components.
Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and measurements accurately.
Set up machines, tools, materials, and fixtures before starting operations.
Monitor machine performance and maintain accuracy throughout the process.
Adjust machine settings based on job requirements and material variations.
Conduct routine machine maintenance, cleaning, and calibration.
Inspect finished products to ensure quality and dimensional accuracy.
Maintain daily production records and reports.
Adhere to all safety guidelines and production standards.
Coordinate with the fabrication and engineering teams for smooth workflow.

Qualifications:

ITI / Diploma in Mechanical, Production, Tool & Die, or related discipline.
1–3 years of experience operating CNC machines.
Strong knowledge of CNC operations and measuring tools (Vernier, Micrometer, etc.).
Ability to read technical drawings and follow specifications accurately.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
