CNC Machine Operator

As a CNC Machine Operator at Global Industries, a Panelboard Manufacturing Unit located in Mavelikara, Alappuzha, Kerala-690101, your role will involve operating and maintaining CNC bending and cutting machines. Your prior experience in reading technical drawings, setting up machines, and ensuring production accuracy will be crucial for success in this position. **Key Responsibilities:** - Operate CNC bending/cutting machines according to daily production plans - Read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications - Set up tools, dies, and workpieces as per design requirements - Perform quality checks to maintain dimensional accuracy - Troubleshoot minor machine issues and maintain logbooks - Adhere to safety protocols and ensure a clean workspace **Qualifications:** - ITI / Diploma in Mechanical or related field - 1-3 years of experience operating CNC machines (experience in bending or punching machines preferred) - Freshers with technical training are encouraged to apply - Ability to understand technical drawings and machine settings In addition to the job specifics, the company offers benefits such as health insurance, leave encashment, and provident fund.
