CNC Laser Cutting Operator Company: Akrivis Vertical Solutions Pvt Ltd Location: Sy No. 694, Godown No.4, Part 2, Door No.8-52/8 Dever Yamjal Village, Medchal Malkajgiri Secunderabad 500014, Telangana (IN) About Us: Akrivis Vertical Solutions Pvt Ltd is a growing elevator components manufacturing company with a state-of-the-art 40,000 sq. ft. facility. Our plant is equipped with advanced CNC machinery, including precision laser cutting systems, enabling us to deliver high-quality, dimensionally accurate components to the elevator industry. Job Overview: We are hiring a CNC Laser Cutting Operator to run our Bodor 1kW CNC laser cutting machine . The role involves setting up, operating, and maintaining the machine for precise cutting of sheet metal parts used in elevator components. This is a critical role in ensuring smooth production and high-quality output. Responsibilities: Operate and monitor Bodor 1kW CNC laser cutting machine Load/unload materials and align sheets as per job drawings Select appropriate settings for cutting based on material and thickness Inspect parts for quality and dimension accuracy Stop the machine and alert supervisors if issues or defects are found Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of the machine Coordinate with production and fitting teams to ensure steady workflow Be open to cross-training on other machinery (e.g., press brake) Requirements: Minimum 1 year experience operating a CNC laser cutting machine (Bodor or similar) Ability to read and understand technical drawings and cut plans Familiarity with sheet metal handling and basic quality checks Attention to detail and ability to work independently Experience in elevator or fabrication industry is a bonus Willingness to learn and grow into multi-skill roles Work Schedule: Shift: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM Days: Monday to Saturday Breaks: 30-minute lunch + two tea breaks of 1015 minutes Overtime: Paid as per actuals Employment Terms: 15-day probation period with fair hourly wage Upon confirmation, transition to regular employment Group Health Insurance and PF available after 3 months of confirmed employment
