Role Description: Operate & Setting in CNC grinding machines
Job description
1.Good exp in product specification such as Dimensions, Tolerances
2. Program and set up Grinding operations using FANUC controls
3. Monitor production processes to identify areas for improvement
4. Troubleshoot issues with equipment malfunctions or quality problems, escalating critical Issues to supervisors when necessary.
5. One steps& Eliminate the Cycle time
6. Good Exp in Cutting wheel knowledge /Speed /Feedrate /Holding fixture& Grinding wheels
7. Good knowledge in GD&T skill
8. Engineering Drawing study & implement the process
9. Good exp in handling measuring instruments
10. Good Knowledge In 5S, Kaizen& Poke yoke
