You will be responsible for developing and maintaining measurement methods and inspection plans to ensure the accuracy and reliability of measurement systems used in quality control and manufacturing processes. Operating and programming CMM machines such as ZEISS and Mitutoyo, analyzing measurement data, and troubleshooting discrepancies will be part of your key responsibilities. Additionally, you will support the calibration and maintenance of metrology equipment and collaborate with quality and production teams to resolve measurement issues. To qualify for this role, you should have a degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related field. Knowledge of CMM machines and metrology tools, familiarity with GD&T and technical drawings, and experience with software like CALYPSO, PC-DMIS, or similar would be advantageous. Strong problem-solving and communication skills are essential for this position. This is a full-time job opportunity with health insurance benefits.
