Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage a team of sales professionals to achieve business targets through Bancassurance partnerships.
  
• Develop and execute strategies to increase life insurance penetration and opportunities with bank customers.
  
• Collaborate with branch managers and relationship managers to identify potential clients and develop new business leads.
  
• Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform sales strategy development.
  
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies related to bancassurance operations.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 8-13 years of experience in Bancassurance or similar industry (insurance sales).
  
• Strong understanding of banking products, life insurance, and other financial services.
  
• Proven track record in achieving sales targets through effective leadership and strategy execution.
