Cluster Head - Operations(Hospital)

The position of Cluster Head - Operations (Hospital) at Dr. Aravinds IVF Fertility & Pregnancy Centre requires a highly motivated individual with a minimum education qualification of MBA/MHA and 3-10 years of relevant experience. The salary range for this role is between 20K to 45K, and the location of work will be in Tiruppur, Coimbatore. As a Cluster Head - Operations, your responsibilities will include directing, administering, and coordinating internal operational activities of the hospital in alignment with the assigned policies, goals, and objectives. You will be tasked with overseeing the day-to-day operations of the hospital, interacting with patients to address their requests and issues while ensuring the delivery of the highest quality of safe patient care. Additionally, you will be responsible for providing training and support to staff to improve their performance, preparing and presenting reports on operational activities and outcomes to senior management, and managing the P&L responsibility of the entire state. This is a full-time position that requires your physical presence at the workplace.
