I am the member of zest. Every time when we call for bookings they will say rooms are booked already, even if we call 20 days prior, even for off season. Its better not to take membership and waste money.

Very very worst….Totally Fake commitment by club Mahindra person…I lost my 34Thousand initial payment when I ask them there is no options for refund and your membership is inactive for active membership they asking more money…Not satisfied suffer lot…

Post sales No body attends your calls Chennai office land line cannot be contacted.. calls come from other branch only for payments like instalment due and yearly maintenance fee...regret joining this Group

I called for the room booking and it was very rude behavior of the call taker by name poornima.Though j had not called she said u r calling from past 3days regarding booking . She told she will call back anc didn't keep up her words.. Attitude is not good and definitely wont recommend for anyone...bitter experience

Cheat people. Frauds. Never become a member. I lost my hard earned money by becoming club Mahindra member. Please dont waste your hard earned money. They spoil Mr.Anand Mahindra name.

Very unresponsive poor customer service. I sent an email on 18th sept and even then no response. I request no one to buy this membership. They are putting rooms on booking.com and members are not able to book rooms.
