The Lead Engineer will act as the primary technical contact, owning platform maturity, stakeholder communication, and continuous service improvement. Candidate should have hands-on experience in Exchange Admin Center (connectors, mail flow, transport rules), Teams Admin Center (meeting policies, app permissions, guest access), Intune (compliance policies, configuration profiles), and Microsoft Purview (DLP, retention, insider risk).
