Job Description

Lead and participate in client workshops to gather and analyze business requirements related to Product Data Handling (PDH) processes. Design and implement Oracle Cloud SCM PDH solutions, including Product Information Management (PIM) and Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), adhering to best practices and Capgemini methodologies. Configure and customize Oracle Cloud PDH applications to meet specific client requirements, ensuring seamless integration with other Oracle Cloud modules and third-party systems. Develop comprehensive functional specifications, test plans, and training materials. Conduct thorough testing and validation of PDH solutions, identifying and resolving issues promptly. Provide expert guidance and support to clients during all phases of the project lifecycle, including go-live and post-implementation support (hypercare). Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including technical architects, developers, and project managers, to ensure successful project delivery. Contribute to the development of team, Oracle Cloud SCM PDH practice by sharing knowledge, best practices, and innovative solutions. Stay abreast of the latest Oracle Cloud PDH features, updates, and industry trends, and provide thought leadership to clients and internal teams. Participate in pre-sales activities, including solution demonstrations and proposal development.
