As a Cloud Operations Analyst (Azure), your primary responsibility revolves around offering substantial technical expertise in architecting and designing the relevant tower (platform, database, middleware, backup, etc.) while also overseeing its day-to-day operations. The main objective of this role is to collaborate with the existing Optum team to elevate and modernize the specified scope of work. Your role also entails being a Public Cloud Support Analyst, where you will be tasked with managing support tickets and resolving customer issues round the clock. Additionally, you will provide technical support for the deployment of cloud networking resources, facilitate communication with relevant departments for firewall management, and ensure smooth network connectivity through change management and capacity planning. In terms of team management, you will be required to forecast talent requirements, recruit suitable resources, and provide necessary training for effective recruitment and selection decisions. Furthermore, you will focus on talent management by ensuring compliance with onboarding and training standards, nurturing an internal talent pool, and promoting diversity in leadership roles. Performance management, employee satisfaction, and engagement initiatives will also fall under your purview.
