As a Cloud DevOps Engineer - L2 Sr. Analyst ACS/Accenture Song, you will be operating an e-commerce solution built over on-prem and cloud infrastructure. Your main responsibilities will include maintaining and improving the clients business platforms, ensuring site reliability and platform stability. You will need to respond to incidents, support on problems, execute changes, and be part of projects aimed at improving or reengineering the platform. **Key Responsibilities:** - Collaborate with specialist teams and third-party suppliers to deliver outstanding results for clients - Actively participate in the shift-left strategy through tools, automation, processes, and self-service functions - Communicate effectively with stakeholders - Configure and optimize hybrid and cloud native systems - Manage major incidents within SLA scope - Maintain data integrity and access control using operational tools - Strategize Cloud cost optimization - Identify preventive mechanisms to mitigate the risk of service disruptions - Perform vulnerability patching, system upgrades/migrations, and reporting - Execute/coordinate root cause analysis of P1/P2 incidents - Plan and manage major deployments - Develop automation scripts to enhance operational efficiencies - Keep training material and technical documentation up-to-date - Report key metrics to the service manager - Participate in Agile way of working including planning, retrospectives, and showcases - Document and track issues within the ticket management system **Qualifications Required:** - Graduation in a relevant field - 3.5-5 years of experience in managing Linux Systems - Good to have skills in SQL/No SQL Please note that you must be willing to work in shifts for this role.,
