As a Front Desk Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing front desk operations, managing staff, handling guest relations, coordinating with other departments, and performing various administrative duties. You will also be in charge of shift management, monitoring front desk performance, managing inventory, and preparing reports. We are seeking an individual with excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Strong organizational and time management skills are essential for this role. Basic knowledge of Excel and the ability to learn and use other software programs are required. A basic understanding of HVAC/AC units, such as AHUs, AWU, Comfort ACs, and utilities like air compressors and temperature control, is preferred. Familiarity with water TDS, sanitation, office stationery, electrical systems, electricity meters, power generators, and safety equipment is also beneficial. The ideal candidate will have a good grasp of operating principles, technical specifications, and safety protocols. Additionally, a high level of professionalism, grooming standards, and clothing etiquette is expected for this position.
