DSA Vertical – Clix Capital Role: Acquire and manage Loan Against Property (LAP) business through the DSA channel. Location: Delhi, Noida, Jaipur, Jodhpur, Hyderabad Key Responsibilities Source LAP cases through DSAs, connectors, and mortgage sourcing partners. Onboard, activate, and manage DSAs to drive monthly disbursement targets. Conduct training for DSAs on LAP policy, documentation, and product features. Pre-screen customer profiles, financials, and property documents before login. Coordinate with Credit, Legal, Technical & Operations for faster TAT. Maintain strong portfolio quality & ensure compliance with credit norms. Track DSA performance, funnel, and drive consistent business flow. Skills Required Strong experience in LAP/secured lending , especially DSA-driven business. Good relationship management, negotiation, and communication skills. Ability to analyze financials, banking & property papers. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year Work Location: In person
