Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Trial Manager to join our team at Icon Pharmaceuticals. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in clinical trials management, with excellent communication and project management skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and coordinate clinical trial activities, including protocol development, site initiation, and data management.
Develop and implement effective clinical trial strategies to achieve study objectives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including medical writing, biostatistics, and regulatory affairs.
Conduct site feasibility assessments and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Manage and mentor junior staff members, providing guidance on clinical trial operations.
Coordinate with external partners, including CROs, laboratories, and other stakeholders.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in life sciences or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
Minimum 5 years of experience in clinical trials management, with a focus on pharmaceutical industry experience.
Strong knowledge of Good Clinical Practice (GCP) principles and regulations.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines.
