Role Overview: We are seeking experienced medical professionals to join our team as Clinical Quality Managers . In this role, you will oversee the backend clinical review processes for U.S.-based home health company. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that clinical documentation meets regulatory, quality, and compliance standards, while supporting operational efficiency and patient-centered care. Responsibilities: Evaluate clinical procedures and documentation to identify areas for improvement, ensuring adherence to industry standards. Collaborate with clinical teams, guiding them on best practices and fostering a culture of clinical excellence. Prepare and engage in client audits, including regular mock audits, ensuring preparedness and compliance. Create comprehensive reports and presentations on quality findings, suggesting enhancement strategies. Assist in developing and implementing initiatives focused on enhancing quality standards. Stay updated on industry regulations, clinical guidelines, and best practices to ensure compliance and innovation. Communicate quality-related issues and recommendations to stakeholders efficiently. Qualifications: BAMS, BHMS, BDS,BSMS, Pharm D, BNYS, BUMS 1-5 years of clinical or healthcare setting experience. Freshers can also be considered. Profound knowledge of medical terminology and clinical processes. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Excellent English communication, written and verbal. Strong attention to detail and analytical skills for complex data handling. Willing to work night shift (9:30 PM to 6:30 AM) from our office at Elippode, Trivandrum. Immediate joiners and candidates from Trivandrum or near by districts preferred.
