Job Description

Actively contribute in prevention of Medication errors by regular audits, report the medication errors, and take corrective and preventive actions in coordination with concerned HODs.
Monitor and report Adverse Drug Reactions.
Conduct prescription audits in IP & OP medical records to check the minimum requirement of prescriptions, safe and rational prescription of medications, drug interactions etc.
Perform other duties as assigned by the HOD.
