Clinical marketing executive

Job Responsibilities

As a Clinical Marketing Executive, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following:

• Conducting clinical presentations and product demonstrations for doctors, nursing staff, technicians, and hospital management teams.
• Supporting product installations, onboarding sessions, clinical training, and case observations to ensure smooth product adoption.
• Planning, organizing, and executing CMEs, workshops, conferences, and other hospital-based marketing activities.
• Preparing and managing marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, case studies, and digital content.
• Building and maintaining strong professional relationships with clinicians, department heads, hospital administration, and procurement teams.
• Understanding customer requirements, addressing clinical queries, and coordinating with internal teams for timely resolutions.
• Ensuring consistent and timely follow-ups with doctors, hospital departments, and leads after meetings, demos, and events.
• Tracking competitor products, market trends, and customer insights, and submitting periodic reports to management.
• Supporting the sales team with clinical inputs required for proposals, tenders, demos, and evaluations.
• Collecting clinical feedback from users and sharing structured reports with sales, marketing, and product teams.
• Maintaining documentation of hospital visits, demo outcomes, evaluation progress, and follow-up actions.
• Coordinating closely with internal sales, marketing, service, and product development teams to ensure smooth execution of tasks.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
