Clinical Coding Analyst

The job requires candidates to have the following qualifications and skills: - Any Graduates with HIMAA Certification Mandatory - Good knowledge of medical coding systems, medical terminologies, regulatory requirements, auditing concepts, and principles. Responsibilities include: - Assigning appropriate ICD-10-CM and ICD-10-PCS codes to inpatient records based on physician documentation. - Reviewing and coding all documents for inpatient encounters, including surgeries, tests, and diagnosis. - Applying codes to classify patient cases for reimbursement purposes. - Coding records in a timely manner to meet billing cycles and hospital deadlines. - Ensuring compliance with coding guidelines and regulations.
