Client Technology Data Engineer

As a Power BI Developer at EY Client Technology's Advanced Analytics Team, you will be an integral part of the Data Engineering team, responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining Power BI data models, reports, and dashboards. If you possess a genuine passion for business intelligence, analytics, and have a talent for transforming intricate data into actionable insights, we are eager to hear from you. Key qualifications for this role include: - Proficiency in Power BI, encompassing DAX and the Power Query formula language (M-language). - Advanced knowledge of data modeling, data warehousing, and ETL techniques. - Experience in designing, developing, and maintaining Power BI reports and dashboards to facilitate business decision-making processes. - Expertise in creating Power BI data models for complex enterprise environments. - Demonstrated success in deploying and optimizing large datasets. - Proficiency in SQL and other data querying languages. - Strong collaborative, analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills. Desired qualifications include: - A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field. - Microsoft Power BI certification. - Familiarity with other BI tools. - Experience collaborating within large teams to implement Power BI solutions effectively. - Sound understanding of the software development lifecycle and proficiency with Git. - Ability to propose solutions based on best practices gleaned from Microsoft documentation, whitepapers, and community publications.
