— About the Role

FourPlus Media is looking for an energetic, commercially minded individual who enjoys interacting with people, building relationships and making things happen.

This is a client-facing role combining client servicing, business development and coordination of marketing and media projects.

We are looking for someone who takes initiative, communicates confidently and is comfortable taking ownership rather than waiting for instructions.

You don't need to know everything. What matters is your willingness to learn, ability to figure things out and drive things forward.

— Key Responsibilities

Client Servicing & Relationship Management

• Manage day-to-day relationships and communication with assigned clients.
• Understand client requirements and ensure timely delivery of commitments.
• Proactively follow up with clients, seek feedback and maintain engagement.
• Build relationships that encourage repeat business.

Business Development

• Identify opportunities to introduce additional FourPlus services to existing clients.
• Follow up on enquiries, prospects and business opportunities.
• Assist in preparing proposals and presentations.
• Support the sales team in developing new business and growing existing accounts.
• Recognise potential opportunities across our publications, exhibitions and marketing services.

Coordination & Execution

• Coordinate with internal content, creative, marketing and production teams.
• Ensure client briefs, approvals and deliverables move forward smoothly.
• Track commitments and follow up to ensure timely execution.
• Identify problems and take initiative to resolve them.

Experience in advertising, media, publishing, marketing, events or client servicing would be an advantage.

Pay: ₹240,000.00 - ₹360,000.00 per year
