We are currently seeking an outgoing and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Full Time Client Services & Sales Associate (CST) at our newest studio locations in Mumbai, India. The Full Time Client Services & Sales Associate (CST) is a front-line business driver and brand ambassador of Physique 57. Under the direction of the Head of Sales & Client Servicing, CST’s must exhibit keen knowledge of our products, services and merchandise in order to deliver luxury customer service while maximizing studio sales.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage front desk operations while delivering outstanding concierge support and client service excellence.Perform essential daily studio tasks and projects, including checking clients into class, maintaining luxury studio look and feel, assisting clients with package selection, etc. Maintain a positive attitude and represent the organization and its values in a positive wayProvide support to Instructors and work as a team with all other staff membersAssist with the training and coaching of new hires for the Client Services Team as neededMaintain product knowledge for all studio retail operationsUphold company brand standards in terms of studio look and feel, client service and company cultureActively contribute to companies topline revenue through achieving predetermined sales targets

Requirements:
Must be available to work 6 days per week, including either Saturdays or Sundays Capacity to work a flexible schedule including weekends, nights, early mornings and holidays0-2 years of customer service, sales experienceLove of fitness and wellnessExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong computer skillsSuperior problem solving and multi-tasking abilitiesStrong work ethicAbility to work both independently and in a team environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
