About the job: Key Responsibilities: 1. Call and follow up with clients to understand load requirements and share truck availability and pricing. 2. Collect load details, coordinate with the supply team, confirm bookings, and provide updates. 3. Track delivery status, inform clients of any delays, and ensure completion. 4. Collect and share Proof of Delivery (POD) with the operations team. 5. Build strong client relationships to drive repeat business. 6. Maintain daily booking logs and share weekly performance updates.
