As a Client Meeting Coordinator (Field-Based) in Bangalore, your primary responsibility will be to travel to various client locations across the city, representing our company professionally and facilitating online meetings between our internal team and the client. Your role will involve setting up and coordinating virtual meetings, ensuring seamless communication between both parties, and updating the team with meeting outcomes or feedback as necessary. Key Responsibilities: - Travel to different client offices in Bangalore according to the meeting schedule. - Set up and connect clients with our company representatives using online meeting platforms like Zoom and Google Meet. - Maintain a professional demeanor and represent the company professionally in front of clients. - Ensure punctuality and start meetings on time. - Handle client interactions with politeness and responsibility. Requirements: - Male candidate based in Bangalore. - Fluent in Tamil, English, and Kannada. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Willingness to travel across Bangalore at short notice. - Presentable and confident in business meeting environments. - Basic technical skills to operate laptops/smart devices for online meetings. Compensation: - Travel expenses will be covered as per company policy. Working Style: - Flexible timings based on meeting schedules. - On-call availability is preferred.
