Client Care Specialist (Arabic)

As the Lead of Client Care Center Service, you will be responsible for managing a team while ensuring their performance meets the required targets. It is mandatory for you to be an expert or fluent in the Arabic language, and it would be beneficial to have knowledge of banking processes. Your key responsibilities will include setting targets, reviewing results, addressing individual performance, and overseeing the delivery of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). You will be tasked with daily supervision of the team, ensuring that they are motivated, trained, and performing optimally. It is crucial to prevent the provision of incorrect information or mis-selling to customers. Regular performance reviews, job evaluations, and identification of training needs will be part of your responsibilities. Handling escalations, identifying pain areas, and initiating process improvements are essential for enhancing team productivity. Your role will involve scheduling, reporting on Key Risk Indicators (KRI) and Key Performance Indicators (KPI), as well as reducing attrition rates within the organization's defined limits.
