Client Care Specialist (Arabic)

As a Lead, Client Care Center Service, your role is crucial in ensuring the effective management and performance of the team. It is mandatory for you to be an expert or fluent in the Arabic language, with banking process knowledge considered a nice-to-have skill. Key Responsibilities: - Take charge of the day-to-day management of the team and be accountable for their results - Set targets, review outcomes, address individual performance, and oversee the delivery of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) - Ensure that the team consistently meets the required targets - Manage, motivate, and provide training to the team to optimize performance - Maintain a standard of providing correct information and prevent mis-selling to customers - Conduct regular performance reviews with the team - Assist in conducting job performance evaluations - Support teams in enhancing productivity - Handle escalations effectively - Identify and report on training needs - If applicable, manage scheduling tasks - Identify areas of improvement and initiate process enhancements - Focus on finding solutions, ensuring outcomes, and maintaining a result-oriented approach - Conduct monthly reviews and report on Key Risk Indicators (KRI) and KPIs - Work towards reducing attrition rates and keeping them within the limits set by the organization Qualifications Required: - Expertise or fluency in the Arabic language - Knowledge of banking processes (nice-to-have) This job provides an opportunity to lead a team in the Client Care Center Service, ensuring the team's success and maintaining high standards of customer service.,
