Job Summary:

Data Entry, Document Scanning, and KYC Validation

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute

  sales strategies

  to achieve revenue targets
• Identify and on-board

  new clients

  (BFSI, NBFCs, Fintech, BPOs, Corporates)
• Manage

  end-to-end sales cycle

  : lead generation to closure
• Build and maintain

  long-term client relationships

• Lead and mentor the

  sales team

  across locations
• Coordinate with operations for

  smooth project execution

• Prepare

  sales forecasts, MIS, and reports

• Negotiate contracts and commercial terms
• Drive

  cross-selling and upselling

  opportunities
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities

Key Requirements:

• 8–15 years of experience in

  B2B sales / service industry

• Strong exposure to

  KYC, back-office operations, or BPO services

• Proven track record of achieving

  sales targets

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Leadership and team management experience

Educational Qualification:

• MBA / PGDM (Sales / Marketing preferred)
• Graduate in any discipline
