About the Role: We are looking for a passionate Developer and Trainer who possesses strong technical skills along with the ability to teach and mentor others. The ideal candidate will contribute to developing high-quality software solutions while conducting technical training sessions for students, interns, or employees. This is a dual role that blends hands-on development with technical training , perfect for professionals who enjoy both coding and knowledge sharing. Key Responsibilities: Development Responsibilities: Design, develop, test, and deploy high-quality software applications. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver new features. Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code. Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems. Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and standards. Training Responsibilities: Conduct training sessions, workshops, and coding bootcamps on relevant technologies like JavaScript, Python, Web Development, Mobile App Development, MERN Stac, FARM Stack, Next.js etc... Prepare structured course materials, assignments, and assessments. Mentor trainees, guide them through projects, and help them build practical skills. Stay updated with the latest trends in technology and incorporate them into training programs. Evaluate the progress of trainees and provide constructive feedback. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field. Proven experience as a Software Developer, Trainer, or Educator. Strong command over one or more programming languages like JavaScript, Python, TypeScript, Flutter, MERN Stack, FARM Stack etc... Familiarity with modern frameworks and development tools. Excellent communication, presentation, and mentoring skills. Ability to explain complex technical concepts in a simple and engaging manner. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Preferred Qualifications: Experience conducting corporate or academic training sessions.
