Software Developer and Trainer

About the Role:

We are looking for a passionate Developer and Trainer who possesses strong technical skills along with the ability to teach and mentor others. The ideal candidate will contribute to developing high-quality software solutions while conducting technical training sessions for students, interns, or employees.

This is a dual role that blends hands-on development with technical training, perfect for professionals who enjoy both coding and knowledge sharing.

Key Responsibilities:

Development Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, and deploy high-quality software applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver new features.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems.
• Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and standards.

Training Responsibilities:

• Conduct training sessions, workshops, and coding bootcamps on relevant technologies like JavaScript, Python, Web Development, Mobile App Development, MERN Stac, FARM Stack, Next.js etc...
• Prepare structured course materials, assignments, and assessments.
• Mentor trainees, guide them through projects, and help them build practical skills.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in technology and incorporate them into training programs.
• Evaluate the progress of trainees and provide constructive feedback.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Software Developer, Trainer, or Educator.
• Strong command over one or more programming languages like JavaScript, Python, TypeScript, Flutter, MERN Stack, FARM Stack etc...
• Familiarity with modern frameworks and development tools.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and mentoring skills.
• Ability to explain complex technical concepts in a simple and engaging manner.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience conducting corporate or academic training sessions.
• Knowledge of full-stack development or specific frameworks React, Node.js, Django, FARM Stack, Flutter, NEXT.js, FARM Stack etc...
