About the Role: We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Tele Calling Executive to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective customers, clearly communicating the value of our products or services, and effectively closing sales. This is a key position that directly contributes to our customer acquisition and revenue growth goals. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential customers using provided leads or cold-calling strategies. Introduce and explain the company’s products/services in a persuasive and professional manner. Identify customer needs and tailor product offerings to meet those needs. Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals. Handle customer questions, objections, and follow-up calls promptly. Maintain detailed records of calls, conversations, and outcomes in the CRM system. Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize lead conversion. Requirements: Proven experience in telesales, customer service, or a similar sales/customer-facing role. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strong ability to persuade and influence. Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Familiarity with CRM systems and basic computer skills.
