The Chief Financial Officer / Chief Financial Officer Indian Sub Continent participates in the activity of the Finance team in order to ensure its efficient operation Definition and purpose of the position The Chief Financial Officer / Chief Financial Officer is responsible for the sound financial management of his/her scope. He coordinates and controls the proper execution of the strategy and financial procedures defined with the General Management and the Group CFO. Reporting and/or functional relationships of this position The Chief Financial Officer / Chief Financial Officer reports hierarchically to the Group CFO or any other person designated by the company. He/she works in close collaboration with the directors of the various legal entities inherent to his/her scope. Missions, Activities & Responsibility of the position The Main Missions Of The Chief Financial Officer Are Operational management and organization Ensures the management, recruitment, training and commitment of his team in liaison with the Group CFO Implements financial and accounting best practices in coordination with the Group Chief Financial Officer, the Corporate Chief Financial Officer and the Group Finance BPO. Maintains the most efficient organization by constantly improving processes and tools. Financial Information Management Coordinates the preparation of financial statements, reports and analyses, ensuring their timely production. Ensures that accounting documentation complies with current accounting standards Oversees financial and accounting processes and ensures compliance with local accounting and tax requirements Coordinates statutory audits of its scope with the Group's auditors Establishes and maintains appropriate internal control measures Ensures the monitoring, control and optimization of revenues and expenses in close collaboration with the management of the various French entities Cash Management Optimizes DSO/DPO and working capital for French entities Oversees credit control and more generally accounts receivable. Is the guarantor of the application of the Group's policy in terms of customer credit Planning & budget management Coordinates, organizes and supports the bosses of the French subsidiaries in the establishment of the budget and the various "reforecasts". Taxation & Local Regulation In relation with the Group Tax Manager, ensures that the entities within its scope comply with legal and tax regulations (VAT, transfer pricing, electronic invoicing, corporate tax, etc.). Payroll Map the different ASPAC payroll processes by subsidiary: internalized/outsourced – solution – validation levels, etc. Identify the different payroll regulations of the ASPAC subsidiaries on certain key points Apply monthly payroll control in ASPAC subsidiaries Key indicators and reporting Collect, analyze, and interpret compensation data from the various ASPAC subsidiaries Produce regular consolidated social dashboards and reports Produce, monitor, and analyze the percentage change in the ASPAC’s total payroll Work closely with finance teams to improve the quality of compensation & benefits data Variable compensation systems Keep an updated map of the various collective and individual variable compensation systems in place within ASPAC Evaluate their economic effectiveness and propose improvements Validate the calculations of annual variable components (collective and individual) in collaboration with the HR Director and/or Finance teams Benefits Identify and map the various benefit packages offered to employees in ASPAC subsidiaries Regularly evaluate these packages with healthcare providers to ensure they are adequate and competitive, and make suggestions for improvement Soft Skills Rigorous and precise Ability to analyze and synthesize information Aptitude for numbers and good understanding of economic data Solution/tool-oriented Sense of confidentiality Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
