Job Description Role Overview: You should have experience in end-to-end claims handling in General Liability Auto Motor or Direct Insurance, with exposure in multiple insurance business lines. It is essential to have experience in International markets such as US or UK, as domestic experience will not be considered. Additionally, you should have more than 18 months of experience in team handling, either as a Team Leader, Assistant Manager, or Deputy Manager on papers. Overall, a minimum of 7 years of experience is required for Assistant Manager and 9 years for Deputy Manager. You must be well-versed with KPIs, SLA, Shrinkage, Attrition, People management, and performance metrics. Key Responsibilities: - Handle end-to-end claims in General Liability Auto Motor or Direct Insurance - Manage team effectively with more than 18 months of experience in team handling - Ensure adherence to KPIs, SLA, and performance metrics - Demonstrate strong people management skills - Possess domain knowledge in insurance Qualification Required: 1. Exposure working for multiple insurance lines including General Liability, Auto insurance, Motor insurance, and Direct insurance 2. Strong people management skills and domain knowledge in insurance Note: Experience in total loss or subrogation will not be considered.
