Claims Management Specialist

As a Claims Management Specialist at Accenture, you will be responsible for analyzing and solving moderately complex problems related to Property & Casualty- Claims Processing - Insurance Claims. You may be required to create new solutions by leveraging existing methods and procedures, and adapting them as necessary. It is essential to have a thorough understanding of the strategic direction set by senior management in alignment with team goals. Your primary upward interaction will be with your direct supervisor, and you may also engage with peers and management levels both at client sites and within Accenture. Guidance will be available to assist you in determining methods and procedures for new assignments. The decisions you make will have a significant impact on the team you are a part of. If you are in an individual contributor role, you may manage small teams and work efforts at client locations or within Accenture. Please be aware that this position may require you to work in rotational shifts. To qualify for this role, you should hold a graduation degree and possess 7 to 11 years of relevant experience. Proficiency in advanced English (Domestic) language is also essential for effective communication.
