Claim Investigation Officer

As a Claim Investigation Officer at our company located in Mumbai (Kalina), you will be responsible for investigating and processing various types of claims. Your role will involve the following key responsibilities: - Conduct thorough investigations to determine the validity of claims - Review and analyze medical records, documents, and other relevant information - Communicate with claimants, healthcare providers, and other relevant parties - Prepare detailed reports based on investigation findings - Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements To be considered for this position, you must meet the following qualifications: - MBBS, BHMS, or BAMS degree - Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role - Strong attention to detail and analytical skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Please note that this is a full-time position based in Mumbai (Kalina), and the compensation package ranges from 3.5 to 6 LPA.
